The construction of new Maternity/Surgical Clinic building was completed (other than final painting) in October, only 9 months after groundbreaking in February 2022!

So many lives of mothers and babies will be saved when the Waterfield Maternity/Surgical addition is completed and operational at Healthy Women, Healthy Liberia in Kakata.  

As we enter the 2nd Quarter of 2022, we rejoice to see the progress on the new Maternity and Surgical addition to our Waterfield Primary Healthcare Center.

We completed our 10th year since the founding of Healthy Women, Healthy Liberia as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and we are looking forward to seeing what God has in store for us in the next 10 years and beyond.   In those 10 years Healthy Women, Healthy Liberia  has grown from a tent, to a shed, and now the Waterfield Primary Healthcare Center. 

The big news for the summer is that the eye clinic is up and running! And of course, Barrels of Love Ministry was busy as well, sending their biannual shipment in June.

We have witnessed many stories of God at work at Healthy Women, Healthy Liberia in the last quarter. We’re honored to be able to share a few of them with you in this latest newsletter.
