We just received notification that Globalgiving.com is granting Healthy Women, Healthy Liberia! $18,000 from the GlobalGiving Ebola Relief Fund. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! Thank you for your support and to the Paul G. Allen Family Foundation for including Healthy Women, Healthy Liberia! in their matching funds program.
Your money has already been put to great use. Dr. Chris and our staff have set up 50 sanitation stations! Here are pictures and a message from Dr. Chris that we received this morning: “Here are some pictures from yesterdays outreach in Kakata. Our efforts will continue even after I am gone (to the states for itineration). I trust our community health workers 100% to do an excellent job without me. I trust that they will monitor our efforts daily to make sure we were doing what is right. They are absolutely ready for the task. We take our responsibilities very seriously in Kakata.
