What your donation supports:
Financial donations will support HWHL’s operational costs of the Waterfield Primary Health Care Center in Kakata, Liberia to ensure that the people in this small city and the surrounding communities stay healthy. Any amount is appreciated. Your donation will support worm medication and vitamins for the children, medical care and a dental clinic, etc. Here are the approximate costs for the following care levels:
- $40.00 – covers the cost of one patient visit (registration, lab, medications and other procedures including short stay).
- $400 – covers the cost of health education supplies for a month (supplies for both community education and for the Waterfield Primary Health Care Center).
- $14,000 – covers the cost of 350 patient visits for a month
- $8-10,000 – covers the current operational costs for a month.
